Online coaching allows you to work out on your own schedule with a personalised plan and ongoing virtual support, while face-to-face training provides in-person guidance with real-time feedback and hands-on coaching during each session. Both offer tailored workouts and goal tracking, but face-to-face training offers a more direct, interactive experience.

For both online and face-to-face training, I track progress through regular assessments of your strength, endurance, and form. We’ll set measurable goals, review performance regularly, and adjust your plan as needed to keep you moving forward. Online clients can also submit progress updates via messaging or photos.

The frequency of sessions depends on your goals and schedule. Many clients train 2-3 times per week, but this can vary depending on your fitness level and how quickly you want to see results. We’ll discuss the best approach during your initial consultation.

Absolutely! Many clients enjoy the flexibility of combining both options. You can train with me in-person for hands-on guidance and technique refinement, while using online coaching for additional workouts and accountability during the week. This hybrid approach gives you the best of both worlds.
