Sumo Stance Leg Press
1 x 20 Reps – 10kg
3 x 12 Reps – 20kg
(Slow – 1 second pause)
Single Leg, Leg Press
3 x 8 Reps – (machine weight)
Sumo Stance Deadlift
3 x 8 Reps – 30kg

Dont forget on these use the steps either side and place 5kg weight either side of the bar

Single Leg Leg Extensions
3 x 12 Reps – 7.5kg
